A pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants 2 minutes from the famous Gran Vía street. This apartment is very bright and has two levels On the top floor we find a bedroom open to the living room with a double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with flat screen TV, dining area and a sofa bed plus an additional living room where we find a second sofa bed. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with all the essential cooking utensils: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, plates and glasses ... Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, washing machine, hair dryer and free toiletries.
