Who wants to go out by car, within half an hour drive there are lovely villages and beautiful beaches to visit such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Santanyi, Beach Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or to a hip beach club Mhares Sea Club. Cas Rellotger (the House of the Clockmaker) is a beautiful and newly renovated country house, located on the outskirts of lluchmayor. The house is ideal for families, as it has an outdoor children's play area and a swimming pool. Equipped with all comfort, the haouse has air conditioning (cold and hot) in all rooms. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both en suite. A section of the sitting area can be closed to create an extra 3rd double bedroom. This area, once closed, shares the bathroom with the master bedroom. This is ideal for families with young children. Cot and highchair available at no extra charge. Fireplace available for the coldest months. The property is located in a forest area, so it is NOT allowed to smoke in the gardens (it is possible to smoke in the porch area or terrace) barbecues are also not allowed, because of the fire risk they pose in the hottest months. This prohibition is given by the Balearic Government. The house is self-powered by solar panels so there is NO cost of energy consumption for the guest. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October).
