This wonderful stone villa is located on the outskirts (500m) of the much loved and historic old town of Pollensa, a place full of art galleries, top class restaurants, many tapas bars and typical cafes. With 3 bedrooms, a large swimming pool and stunning views, Can Colom can sleep up to 6 people. Inside, there is a lovely mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furniture, as well as many unique handmade wrought iron fittings. Can Colom is built on one floor. The tasteful kitchen is well equipped and features beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and direct access to the covered terrace. It also has a nice wooden breakfast table and chairs. The dining room, also with beamed ceilings, has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier. A colonnaded archway leads to the bright and sunny living room with a large window, which enjoys panoramic views over the swimming pool and the famous Puig de Maria. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, with traditional stone tiled floors and ceiling, an en suite bathroom and a truly wonderful iron bed.
