Holiday House on the Spanish Costa Brava, in the fishing village of L’Escala. House “Pi Gran B” is a tiny comfortable house offering all the comodity for a peaceful summertime close to the beach. Surrounded by a well-kept green garden where you may enjoy barbecue evenings or relaxing moments in a sunbed, the house invites you to desconnection and rest. There is also a furnished terrasse for your outdoor breakfasts or simply to sit reading a good book. The plot is fenced but be aware that the wall between this house and the neighboor’s one is really low and can be jumped over by a tall dog. The house is all built on ground floor and is divided into a large líving-room, separate equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. It is equipped with Sat-TV , washing- machine and has a parking place on the property. The accomodation “Pi Gran B” is situated close to the pinewood , about 1 km from the main beach of L’Escala and is a good starting point to go for a walk or a bike ride to the family beaches of riells or Montgo. Do not forget to taste the catalan gastronomy in one of the several restaurants of the village.
